2005–2022 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty Radius Arm Drop Brackets | 2–4 Inch Lift
Correct Radius Arm Angle on Your Leveled Super Duty
APOC Industries radius arm drop brackets fit 2005–2022 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4WD trucks with 2–4 inch leveling kits or suspension lifts, including gas and diesel models. This driver- and passenger-side set lowers the rear radius arm mounting points at the frame, allowing you to keep your existing radius arms while correcting their angle.
How These Brackets Help
Raising the front changes radius arm geometry and can reduce caster. These brackets add positive caster and help move the front axle forward toward its factory position, addressing steering wander associated with lift-induced caster loss. They are not a substitute for diagnosing worn steering or suspension components.
Construction & Features
- Laser-cut 1/4" steel plate construction.
- Powder-coated finish.
- Relocates the frame-side radius arm pivot downward.
- Helps restore axle position and adds positive caster on compatible 2–4 inch lifted setups.
- Uses the existing factory frame-bracket holes.
- Made in the USA by APOC Industries.
What's Included
- (2) radius arm drop brackets: driver side and passenger side.
- (4) new 3/4" mounting bolts, two per side.
- Installation instructions.
The factory radius arm pivot bolts are retained and reused to attach the radius arms in the lower bracket holes.
Fitment
- 2005–2022 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD.
- 2005–2022 Ford F-350 Super Duty 4WD.
- Gas and diesel models.
- For 2–4 inch leveling kits or suspension lifts only. Do not use outside this range.
Installation & Clearance Notes
The brackets nest inside the factory radius arm frame brackets and use the existing mounting holes. In some cases, the uppermost forward factory hole may require light reaming to accept the supplied 3/4" bolt. Remove only the minimum material needed for a snug fit; do not enlarge the hole beyond the guide's instructions.
Both frame-side radius arm pivot bolts must be removed as described in the guide so the axle and arms can move together. Follow the complete support, installation, and torque procedures before beginning work.
- Tools include appropriate vehicle-support equipment, sockets, a torque wrench, and potentially a reamer or round file.
- Check clearance through suspension travel and have front-end alignment checked after suspension work.
- Recheck fastener torque after 50–100 miles and inspect hardware during routine service.

FAQ
Use this text to share information about your product or shipping policies.
Does this bracket improve caster angle?
Yes — one of the primary benefits of the APOC radius arm drop bracket is caster correction. When you lift a Ford F-250/350, the radius arms pull the axle rearward, reducing your caster angle. Low caster causes poor returnability, wandering on the highway, and unstable handling. This bracket restores proper caster geometry so your truck tracks straight and handles confidently at any speed.
How much caster does this bracket restore?
The APOC radius arm drop bracket is engineered to fully restore factory caster specs for 2–4" lift heights — and then some. You'll actually end up with slightly more positive caster than stock, which means better straight-line stability, improved steering returnability, and a more confident feel on the highway.
What are the symptoms of incorrect caster on a lifted truck?
Common symptoms include the steering wheel not returning to center after turns, the truck pulling to one side, highway wander, and increased steering effort. If you're experiencing these after a lift, caster correction is likely the fix.
Radius Arm Drop Bracket
Engineered suspension geometry — done right
Caster Correction Built In
Most lift kits leave your caster angle short. Our drop bracket restores factory caster — plus a little extra — for confident straight-line tracking and crisp steering returnability right out of the box.
Built for 2–4" Lift Heights
Engineered specifically for the 2–4" lift range on solid front axle Ram trucks. Correct geometry, proper pinion angle, and zero driveline vibration — exactly what your build needs.
Bolt-On. No Cutting Required.
Designed to use existing factory mounting points on your Ford Super Duty F-250/350. No drilling, no cutting, no fabrication — just a clean, reversible install that goes in with basic hand tools.
