Sinister Diesel Adjustable Blue Spring Kit for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Power Stroke
Take control of fuel pressure on your 6.0L Power Stroke. This Sinister Diesel Blue Spring Kit replaces the factory regulator spring housing with an adjustable, CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum housing. The new Blue Spring helps restore fuel pressure lost to a worn spring, while the adjuster lets you fine-tune pressure as your setup changes or the spring settles over time.
Finished in anodized Sinister Blue with a laser-etched Sinister Diesel logo, the housing brings a clean, purpose-built look to the fuel filter assembly. Sinister Diesel recommends setting fuel pressure between 55 and 68 psi. Measure and adjust pressure for your truck rather than assuming a fixed gain.
Fitment and emissions
