Sinister Diesel Coolant Filtration System for 2001–2010 Chevy/GMC 6.6L Duramax
Help keep casting sand, metal shavings and other debris out of your Duramax’s coolant. The Sinister Diesel Coolant Filtration System uses a genuine WIX filter to filter a small portion of the coolant while the engine runs, helping reduce debris-related wear and blockage in cooling-system components.
With a no-drill mounting bracket and an easy-to-replace spin-on filter, this bypass system makes coolant filtration part of your truck’s regular maintenance routine.
Built for filtration and easy servicing
- Bypass filtration: Filters small amounts of coolant while the engine is running.
- Billet aluminum filter block: CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and anodized in Sinister Blue.
- No-drill mounting: The supplied bracket attaches to factory holes.
- Silicone hoses with pre-assembled fittings: Designed to simplify connections. The manufacturer states the connections are tested at twice the recommended radiator-cap pressure.
- Serviceable filter: Unscrews for replacement.
- Filter-block layout: Two threaded inlet ports and one outlet port.
