Upgrade your Ford truck’s fog lights with the Diode Dynamics Elite Series Type F2 Yellow Fog Lamps. Sold as a pair, these OE-style LED fog lamps combine a wide, controlled yellow beam with integrated amber backlighting to improve visibility in inclement weather and give your truck a distinctive accent when the main beam is off.
A custom-engineered optic produces a smooth, asymmetric beam with a 100-degree total spread. The sharp cutoff helps limit glare for other drivers, with a color flicker at the edge of the pattern. Multi-die automotive emitters and high-power full-copper circuit boards deliver the light output. The lamps meet SAE F3 fog light standards; check local laws and regulations for aiming, installation, and applicability.
The main fog light beam offers plug-and-play installation with no modification needed when replacing compatible factory halogen fog lamps. The integrated amber backlight fully illuminates the main lens and can be wired to a constant 12-volt source using the included tap connector. It switches off automatically when the main beam is activated. Check local regulations for acceptable backlight use. Engineered and assembled in the USA.
