Fits most 2003–2013 Dodge Ram 2500 4WD and 2003–2018 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD (SRW/DRW) models with leaf-spring rear suspension
Warning Note: Fits single rear wheel (SRW) and dual rear wheel (DRW) models. Will fit all models without a fifth-wheel hitch, factory in-bed hitch system, and most side-mount fifth-wheel hitch applications. Does not fit cab-and-chassis applications.

Does not increase vehicle GVWR — always follow factory load ratings
