Factory trailing arms on the 2nd gen 4Runner are fixed-length — fine at stock height, but add lift and pinion angle drops, driveline vibration increases, and U-joint wear begins. The Apoc Industries Adjustable Trailing Arms restore proper rear suspension geometry at any lift height from stock to 6", giving your 2nd gen the adjustability it was never built with from the factory.

What type of grease should i use?
For PTMEG (polytetramethylene ether glycol) polyurethane bushings, the best grease is a silicone-based lubricant with PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) additives. Here’s why and what to consider:
Why Silicone-Based with PTFE?
: PTMEG polyurethane is resistant to petroleum-based products, but silicone-based grease is preferred as it won’t degrade the material and is explicitly recommended for polyurethane bushings.Tackiness : PTFE additives lower the coefficient of friction and are waterproof, ensuring long-lasting lubrication and quiet operation. : Silicone-based grease repels water, protecting bushings from corrosion and maintaining performance in wet conditions.

These control arms are massive compared to stock! Took a little while for delivery, but totally makes sense considering they are a small company that manufactures all their own parts right here in the USA.
Install took a while as I wrestled with keeping the holes aligned, however at one point I called APOC for a little guidance and let me tell you Josh gave me some spot on advice. Shifted my jack a little, rotated the axel just right and Wha - La! Bolt went right in!
These guys are the real deal. Awesome product. Awesome dudes. Super nice whenever you call and best of all, manufactured all right here in America!!

About these Trail arms to replace my stock ones on a 1993 Toyota 4Runner with 33s and a 3 in lift. My upper Trail arms / control arms stock ones snapped this is why I decided to upgrade. That being said the only issue I found in came across was the one on the passenger side upper it hits the rim of the gas tank so it doesn't sit down correctly you have to bang on or bend the lip of the gas tank where it goes down even the stock one does it as well when you have a lift. Somehow manufacturers have to put a slight Bend in this to avoid that

Workmanship looks great solid Construction. Problem with fitment passenger side upper bar rubs fuel tank. Recommend that it is explained in selling points so other customers don't run into my issue.
Great experience start to finish. Bobby was very helpful and helped me get hardware for my purchase that wasn’t available. Will definitely purchase from them again. Would include photos but the whole truck is in pieces getting a complete rebuild from the ground up.
These arms are seriously beefy. Good build quality, too. I was genuinely shocked to see the diameter of the tubing and threaded insert used to build these. Hopefully they withstand the test of time.
it fit well just a bitt prying and pushing to get it . it really improved the driveline angle. The old ones had no slip Bushing! the rubber just twisted in the eye . I think that would put everything in a bind. the new design is so much better. well worth the Money and time even if you are using them on stock suspension set up. so so smooth. Grate Company to work with.
Only negative thing is the placement of the zirk fittings whether they are installed top or bottom they are ungreasable after they are slid into the factory upper mounts. But definitely happy with quality of product and speed of delivery.
Not a direct bolt in, passenger side upper link hits gas tank, either have to custom fab a bracket to clear gas tank, get part of rough country/pro comp lift to raise mounting points on axle, or relocate gas tank to a F150 tank where the spare goes, wish I new this before hand but definitely ways around it. But definitely think they should add that in description. Also the zerk fittings face down towards the ground if you want the logo sticker to face the right way witch sucks, would be nicer to not have the logo sticker upside down so you can run the zerk fitting facing upwards (not a big deal but for the price you expect them to realize that)
