Apoc Industries Return Policy
Apoc Industries gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.
Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and install materials in order to avoid being penalized.
Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:
Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees and shipping cost.
After 30 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 30 days
Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.
Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited electrical items, closeouts, and SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Shipments Refused by you (The Customer) and returned back to Apoc Industries will automatically have all shipping charges (To and From) deducted from the refund.
For all returns, please call 1-844-854-6906. Provide a specific reason for your return, and request a Return Goods Authorization.
We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.
