The F-150's rear leaf spring suspension is simple and effective — but only if the lift block is built correctly. A straight block raises ride height but shifts the pinion angle and increases axle wrap risk. The Apoc Industries Compound Taper Anti-Wrap Lift Blocks solve both problems. The top face matches the factory leaf spring seat angle. The bottom face corrects pinion angle at your chosen lift height. Both keep the axle centered and the driveline geometry correct through the full lift range.
Fits 2004–2020 Ford F-150 (2WD and 4WD, rear leaf spring models). Available in 4", 5", 6", 7", and 8". Sold as a pair. Built in East Tennessee, USA.

Built Better, Not Cheaper. Period
Compound Taper Technology
Apoc Anti-Wrap Lift Blocks are the first ever with exclusive compound tapers. The top taper matches your factory OEM leaf spring angle for perfect seating, while the bottom taper maintains proper pinion angle at your chosen lift height.
The Problem with Standard Blocks
Most lift blocks only correct pinion angle and ignore the leaf spring angle. The taller the block, the further back they push your axle — throwing wheels off-center in the fenders and over-extending your driveshaft, which can damage your transfer case.
Benefits of Apoc Anti-Wrap Lift Blocks
Our heavier-duty steel construction with precision robotic welds delivers zero flex and maximum strength. The anti-wrap geometry keeps your axle centered, protects your drivetrain, and provides a stable ride — perfect for serious off-roaders, daily drivers, and tow vehicles.
Here are some of the most common questions we receive about lift blocks, installation, and related components. Our goal is to help you make the best decision for your build with clear, practical information.
Are the lift blocks the exact height listed?
A: Yes. Apoc lift blocks are true to size—the height listed is the actual block height, providing that exact amount of rear lift when installed. For example, a 3" block adds 3" of lift over your current leaf spring height.
Are Apoc lift blocks universal or vehicle-specific?
A: Apoc lift blocks are vehicle-specific and engineered to match your truck’s factory leaf spring setup. The alignment hole and center pin locations are precisely positioned to match OEM specs, ensuring a secure, direct fit with no modifications required.
Can I reuse my factory U-bolts?
The main U-bolts are required to secure the axle and block assembly to your leaf springs. You do not have to purchase them from us if your existing U-bolts are long enough. However, if you are changing the size of your lift block, you will need longer U-bolts. Simply measure the difference in height between your current block and the new block — your new U-bolts will need to be that much longer than your current ones.
Anti-wrap U-bolts are optional. They are designed to secure the wider footprint of the block more firmly to the leaf spring, helping to reduce axle wrap, spring twist, and wheel hop. The taller the block, the more beneficial anti-wrap U-bolts become. For block heights over 6 inches, we recommend also installing ladder bars for added stability and to prevent driveline issues.
What’s the difference between standard and anti-wrap lift blocks?
A: Standard blocks provide basic lift, while anti-wrap blocks feature a wider footprint and additional bracing to reduce axle wrap and wheel hop—especially important for lifted trucks with big tires or high torque output.
Can I stack lift blocks for more height?
A: No, stacking lift blocks is not recommended and can be dangerous. It compromises stability, increases the risk of axle shift, and can cause premature wear or failure of suspension components. Always use a single, properly sized Apoc lift block for safe, reliable performance.

Order With Confidence — But Verify Your U-Bolts
Most Apoc Industries vehicle-specific lift block kits already include U-bolts matched to your application. However, trucks with added leaf springs or overload packs are not accounted for in the standard kit. Please verify your current U-bolt lengths before installing — if anything doesn't match, our customer service team can get you the correct U-bolts and eliminate any issues before you're under the truck.
PRE-INSTALL CHECKLIST: CHOOSING THE RIGHT BLOCK HEIGHT
1
Measure fender well gap — front and rear with the truck on level ground, measure the gap between the top of the tire and the fender well at the front axle and again at the rear axle.
2
Calculate the difference more gap in front than rear (e.g. 2" more up front): you need to ADD that difference in the rear — select a block that matches the gap difference. More gap in rear than front (e.g. 2" more in back): you need a block SHORTER than your current one by that difference.
3
Measure your current rear block height, Measure from the bottom of the existing block to the top where it contacts the leaf spring. Take the measurement at the center/middle of the block — not the front or rear edge. Some blocks are tapered, so the front edge may be shorter than the rear edge; the center gives you the true height.
4
Calculate your target block height Current block height ± the fender gap difference = your target lift block height. Use this number to select your Size variant.
U-BOLT SELECTOR GUIDE
Identify your bend style — There are three bend types: Round bend (nuts sit on top of the leaf spring pack. Inside width typically matches the axle tube diameter.), Square bend (wraps over the top of the leaf spring pack; nuts tighten from below the axle. Inside width on square bends is typically matched to the leaf spring width, not the axle housing.), Semi-round bend (primarily used on Ford Super Duty applications)
Measure inside width — Measure the inside dimension between the two long legs of your current U-bolt (leg to leg, inside edge to inside edge). This must match your axle housing width.
Measure U-bolt length — Measure the total length of the long legs on your current U-bolts. When adding a taller block, you'll need longer U-bolts to maintain proper thread engagement through the axle plate and nuts.
Select your U-bolt option — Use your bend style, inside width, and leg length to select the correct U-bolt variant. If your current U-bolts are borderline on length after adding the new block height, size up.
Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.8 / 5 from 43 reviews.
Lowered the truck from 6” to ~4” with the Apoc 4” anti-wrap blocks in back and BDS/Fox full length coilovers in front. Got the front adjusted to 1/2” below the rear for a nice stance. The blocks were easy to install and the instructions were straightforward.
One note that could help some, Apoc could mark the blocks with which side they go on and which way to face them. Pretty easy to figure out if you know what you’re looking for though.
I installed a 6 inch Rough Country lift and the rear was sitting lower compared to the front. I installed these lift blocks and now my truck sits level! Great product!
Amazing 8 inch blocks great customer support. Shorty the guy I talked to really nice man and very helpful this is a 2007 f150 lariat with 8 in the front and back and thanks to apoc it really rides great and looks even better to me.
Only unboxed mine, definitely worth every cent and highly recommend every rough country lift to have a pair instead of the wood shims included in there kits
I have a 2016 F150 with a 6" Rough Country suspension lift. The rear was about 1-1/2" lower in the rear. The Apoc 6" lift blocks leveled my truck out. Their delivery was super fast, the oder was delivered 4 days after placing the order. You will need Forged Flat Top Square U-Bolts 13.5" Long x 3.25" Wide x 5/8" Threads, they can be found at Supreme Suspensions.
Great product I did have to slightly notch the 3” wide blocks (just in the weld area) to clear my u bolt nuts but it was minor and these are far better than cheap cast blocks. You wouldn’t have to worry about making any clearness on the 2.5” wide blocks.
Excellent!!! A+++++ The description of the lift blocks was 100 percent accurate, the staff at Apoc was very friendly, the quality of the blocks is grade A!!!
The lift kit that I originally installed should have came with these lift blocks
I will definitely be using these on my next truck!
Awesome product and even better customer service. The 6in block leveled my truck perfectly on the Rough Country 6in lift and the install was super simple. Highly recommend.
Great product and super fast delivery! Was sent the wrong blocks by a different company and this company came in clutch! Definitely will do more business!
I have a 2015 Ford F150 Lariat with the FX4 package. I had a Rough Country 6" lift put on my truck that came with 4.8" rear blocks. The rear was about 1/2" lower than I wanted. I switched the rear blocks to the APOC 6" blocks and now its perfect! If you have the same problem, I highly recommend these blocks and bolts.
It’s definitely true to its size. My front end was 7 and half inches and my back was 6inches because I lifted my front and was going to do the back a couple days later but I couldn’t find anything until I ran across this product which works perfectly and fits perfectly. I wish I got the 6in ones because my rear end sits half inch higher but it looks nice. I have tractions bars which you’ll need those for this.
If you’re lifting your truck — whether for better stance, towing capability, off-roading, or just because it looks badass — the rear suspension is critical. Lift blocks are one of the most popu...
