Baer Big Claw HD Front Brake Rotors

Upgrade your Super Duty’s braking performance with the Baer Big Claw HD Front Brake Rotor Kit. Designed around oversized 15-inch rotors, this direct bolt-on system increases brake torque and leverage while retaining the factory calipers, brake pads, and mounting hardware.

Purpose-cast directional cooling vanes increase airflow through the rotors, helping reduce operating temperatures and brake fade during towing, hauling, and demanding driving conditions. The slotted friction surfaces help evacuate brake dust and gases for consistent braking performance and improved pedal feel.

Installation

This system bolts directly onto the factory front braking assembly. The included brackets reposition the original calipers to accommodate the larger-diameter rotors while maintaining compatibility with the factory brake pads and hardware.

Because the brake hydraulic system is not opened, bleeding the brakes is not required.

Important Wheel-Clearance Note

Wheel clearance varies by wheel manufacturer, diameter, offset, and spoke design. Use Baer wheel-fitment template Z205U to verify clearance before ordering. Clearance should be checked with every wheel used on the vehicle, including the spare tire and wheel.
