Returns

Please call 865-983-5004 or online chat to start a no hassle return. Return labels will be provided via email. Please print label and return products in original condition.

Apoc Industries will accept returns for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A refund will be given on parts only, which excludes labor, installation charges, and shipping & handling. Please include all original items in original condition in your return shipment. Incomplete returns may not be eligible for a full refund. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. A 15% restocking fee may be applied on returns if products do not come back in original condition.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must first contact us to receive a return authorization before sending any items back. Please do not send your purchase back to Apoc Industries without prior approval.

Special orders, closeouts, and discontinued items are not returnable or refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded. Gift cards are non-returnable. Any refused shipments returned to Apoc Industries will automatically have all shipping charges deducted from the refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, please contact us at support@apocindustries.com.

All refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 1–5 business days of Apoc Industries receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.

To return your product, mail it to: 3015 Cecil Hatcher Dr, Louisville, TN 37777. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
