Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing & Production Time

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order processing time (payment verification, fraud review, and order preparation) is typically 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Production / fulfillment time varies by product. Standard in-stock items are prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order and backordered products follow product-specific lead times, which are noted on each product page. Please refer to the individual product listing for the most accurate lead time before placing your order.

Carrier transit time begins once your order ships and a tracking number is issued. Depending on your selected shipping method and destination, transit typically adds 7–14 business days after shipment. Overnight delivery is available — please call to verify product availability and your shipping location before selecting this option.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Shipments to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is not permitted with some products.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Apoc Industries is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
Apoc Industries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
