Apoc Chevrolet Avalanche rear adjustable control arms are a significant upgrade from stock; factory controls arms work great with factory-sized tires and suspension. Once you go bigger, you need more robust and longer control arms to maintain the correct Pinion angle. Apoc Chevrolet Tahoe, suburban rear control arms are built to maintain proper suspension and driveline geometry to keep your trig handling like stock but better. When adding any lift to your Tahoe or Suburban, you change your driveline angles which can create vibration and premature u joint failure. Big tires and lifts look great but don't sacrifice reliability for looks; upgrade your control arms and drive easily. Adjustable Controls arms are fully adjustable from stock to 7" of lift, so if you're starting with a mild lift for now but upgrading later, these arms will suit your needs as you add more lift over time.

Control Arm lengths

If upgrading from factory control arms, ensure you set the length to the correct lift size to keep your steering geometry accurate. The larger the lift, the longer the control arms. Don't assume your lift size; if you are unsure, contact the lift kit manufacturer to verify your lift size. The Instructions will give you the measurements to set each control arm to match your lift; an alignment is recommended after installation to ensure all alignment angles are proper.
